Refund Policy – MOTF

At MOTF, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are applicable only in case of:
  • Defective or damaged product
  • Incorrect item received
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Return Process

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Customers are required to send the product back to our provided return address
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer (unless it’s our mistake)

Refund Amount

• In case of refund, delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount
• Only the product value will be refunded

Processing Time

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind
• Size issues (Exchange available instead)
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery
