Orders & Shopping
Browse, select your size and colour, and add to cart. Checkout takes under 2 minutes. We accept all major debit and credit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery across Pakistan.
All orders are processed through our website to ensure your order is tracked and delivered smoothly. If you need help placing one, our team is on WhatsApp and will guide you through it.
Yes — COD is available across all major cities in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and Faisalabad. A small handling fee may apply.
Orders can be amended or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your order enters processing and changes cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make a change.
Every MOTF order already arrives beautifully packaged — matte shoebox, tissue paper, dust bag, and a thank you card. To add a personalised gift message, leave a note at checkout and we'll include it on the card.

Sizing & Fit
Most styles run true to size. For pointed or narrow toe box styles — slingbacks and mules — we suggest sizing up half a size if you're between sizes or have wider feet. Each product page includes specific fit notes.
We carry EU sizes 36 to 41 across most styles. Some limited and evening styles may have restricted size runs — availability is shown on each product page in real time.
Flats and Mary Janes — go true to size. Pointed-toe mules and slingbacks — size up half. Heeled styles — go true to size. Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp with your foot length in centimetres and we'll recommend the right size for you.
We restock popular styles regularly. Click "Notify Me" on the product page to be alerted when your size returns. You can also message us on Instagram @motfpk and we'll add you to the waitlist personally.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across all of Pakistan — major cities and remote areas. International shipping is not available right now but is coming soon.
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad — 2 to 3 business days. Other major cities — 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas — 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day.
Standard shipping is PKR 200 across Pakistan. Free shipping on all orders above PKR 5,000.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can track your order directly on the courier's website or through the link in your confirmation message.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided shoes are unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and limited edition pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Email us at motfpakistan@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason. Our team will arrange a pickup. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
We're deeply sorry. Please WhatsApp or email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you, no questions asked.
Yes. If your return meets our policy conditions, you'll receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.

Product & Care
Knit and mesh styles — wipe gently with a damp cloth, never soak. Satin and fabric — spot clean with a dry cloth only. Patent leather — wipe with a soft dry cloth. Store all styles in the included dust bag when not in use.
Our flat styles are designed for all-day comfort. Heel mules and stiletto styles are designed for occasion wear — a few hours at a wedding or dinner, not a full work day. Each product page includes a usage note.
Crystal styles require gentle handling. If a crystal detaches within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we will repair or replace at no charge.
